|  Inclement weather policy for the Kicking Grass Soccer Festival Inclement weather policy for the Kickin Grass-Ft Wayne Event May 3rd & 4th 2008 In the event that a game needs to be stopped due to inclement weather, lightning, etc, you will be instructed by one or all of the following methods: 1) Notified by tournament official; 2) referees; 3) Air Horns. Everyone should then go to their cars or a place of safety. DO NOT LEAVE THE SITE. The air horns will sound again or you will be informed by a tournament official when everything is "all clear." You should then return to the field. If it is necessary for you to check with Tournament Headquarters regarding this situation, we ask that only the teams' head coach go to the headquarters tent. If games are cancelled they will not be made up at a later date and partial refunds will be given to those teams not playing at least 3 games. If a team has completed 3 games no refunds will be issued. |
